bpexc services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Registration by minors is prohibited. bpexc reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
Each player may hold only one bpexc account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances held across all associated accounts.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing bpexc is lawful in their jurisdiction. bpexc does not provide legal advice. If online gaming is restricted or prohibited in your location, you must not use the platform.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. bpexc does not accept deposits from third parties. Winnings are paid to the same payment method used for the deposit where operationally possible.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. bpexc will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to secure their credentials.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bpexc platform, including all gaming services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels available at bpexc.club and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
1.2 By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or otherwise using any part of the bpexc platform, you enter into a binding agreement with the Company on the basis of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
1.4 bpexc reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any bpexc service. This age restriction is absolute and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your local jurisdiction where that age may be higher.
2.2 By registering, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
2.3 bpexc reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time, including during account opening, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
2.4 Any account found to be held by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the original payment method. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
2.5 bpexc strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing bpexc is lawful in their location. The Company makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
3.1 To access real-money gaming services, players must register a bpexc account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including a valid mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password.
3.2 Each individual may register only one account. The creation of multiple accounts – whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities – constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bpexc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an account caused by the player's failure to maintain credential security.

3.5 bpexc may, as part of its know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering obligations, request identity verification documents before permitting withdrawals or processing transactions above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 bpexc accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and selected international currencies via the payment methods listed on the bpexc cashier page, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill.
4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. bpexc does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa). Minimum amounts for other methods are displayed at the point of transaction in the bpexc cashier.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification completion. bpexc targets the following processing timeframes: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 10–15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals within 2–6 business hours; crypto and e-wallet withdrawals within 30 minutes of approval. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing times.
4.5 bpexc does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges for which bpexc accepts no responsibility.
4.6 Funds deposited to a bpexc account are held solely for the purposes of gaming activity on the platform. bpexc accounts do not earn interest.
5.1 bpexc may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, or other incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
5.2 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 Players may not claim more than one account's worth of bonuses. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers – including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party bonusing software, or collusion – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
5.4 bpexc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by players at the time of the change.
6.1 All games available on the bpexc platform are provided by third-party software suppliers. These suppliers operate Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by recognised international testing laboratories.
6.2 Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are disclosed in the game information panel. House edge figures for live table games are disclosed within the relevant game rules documentation.
6.3 In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game session, bpexc reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return any stakes placed during the affected period. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be paid.
6.4 In the event of a discrepancy between a game outcome displayed on a player's device and the outcome recorded on the bpexc server, the server record shall be definitive.
6.5 Sports betting odds are determined by bpexc's sportsbook team and are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Live in-play odds are updated in real time and bets accepted at the prevailing odds at the time of placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpexc platform:
bpexc reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold balances pending investigation.
8.1 bpexc is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools enabling players to manage their gaming activity, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.
8.2 Players are encouraged to set responsible gaming limits at the time of account creation. These tools are accessible at any time from the account settings dashboard.
8.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be inaccessible for deposits, wagering, and promotional participation. Funds held in the account at the time of self-exclusion remain safely held and are returned to the player upon expiry of the exclusion period, or sooner upon written request.

8.5 Gambling involves financial risk. Never bet more money than you can afford to lose. Gambling should be entertainment, not a financial strategy.
9.1 bpexc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or regulatory obligation.
9.2 Upon account termination for cause (i.e., due to the player's breach of these Terms), bpexc may forfeit the player's entire account balance, including any bonus balances and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9.3 Upon account closure at the player's own request, or termination by bpexc without cause, bpexc will return the player's verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpexc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
10.2 bpexc's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 bpexc shall not be liable for any loss or disruption arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processing failures, government regulatory action, or force majeure events.
10.4 bpexc does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their devices.
11.1 All content on the bpexc platform – including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and trade marks – is owned by or licensed to bpexc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bpexc platform for personal recreational purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of bpexc.
12.1 bpexc collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bpexc.club/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 bpexc may share player information with relevant regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bpexc's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through bpexc's internal complaints procedure.
13.2 Players wishing to raise a complaint should contact bpexc support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. bpexc will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
14.1 bpexc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of bpexc following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
